Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum notice period of 24 hours for all cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment. If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
